Who we are
A Free Zone Establishment built around infrastructure work
Nalco Middle East - F.Z.E is an IT infrastructure company registered in Ajman Free Zone. We work on the layer most providers skip: the cabling, the racks, the switching and the security systems that everything else runs on top of.
That focus shapes how we work. We survey before we quote, we design before we buy, and we leave documentation behind so the next engineer on site is never guessing.
- Single scope covering cabling, network, servers and security
- Vendor-neutral specifications, priced with options
- Scheduled works to keep disruption off your operating hours
- Support that continues after the invoice is settled
What we do
Complete IT infrastructure, delivered by one team
From an empty shell to a fully cabled, secured and monitored workplace. We handle the survey, the design, the installation and the support that follows.
-
Network design & deployment
Switching, routing, VLAN segmentation, enterprise Wi-Fi and site-to-site links, designed for the way your teams actually work.
-
Structured cabling
Cat6, Cat6A and fibre backbones with proper containment, labelling, patch panels and certified test reports on handover.
-
Servers, storage & virtualisation
Sizing, supply and configuration of servers, NAS and hypervisors, plus Active Directory, file services and print.
-
Cloud & Microsoft 365
Email and file migrations, licensing, identity, SharePoint and OneDrive, with hybrid options where on-site systems must stay.
-
Cybersecurity & firewalls
Next-generation firewalls, content filtering, VPN access, endpoint protection and patch discipline that holds up to audit.
-
IT AMC & managed support
Annual maintenance contracts with defined response times, preventive visits, asset registers and a named engineer who knows your site.
-
CCTV, access control & intercom
IP surveillance, NVR storage sizing, door access, attendance and intercom, integrated onto the same managed network.
-
Server rooms, racks & power
Rack layout, cable management, UPS sizing, cooling and clean power distribution so the room stays serviceable years later.
Our work
What a Nalco build actually looks like
Four views of the same discipline: label everything, test everything, hand over a system somebody else can maintain.
-
Structured cabling
Every run labelled at both ends, dressed into containment and certified with a test report per port.
-
Workplace & wireless
Coverage planned against the floor plate, not guessed. Desk points, APs and routes agreed up front.
-
Security in layers
Perimeter, identity, endpoint and physical security specified together so there are no obvious gaps.
-
Monitoring & AMC
Links, devices and backups watched continuously, with preventive visits scheduled around your calendar.

Why Nalco
Built to be the partner you stop worrying about
-
01
One point of accountability
Cabling, network, servers and security under a single scope. No gaps between contractors when something stops working.
-
02
Vendor neutral by design
We specify what fits your load, budget and growth, then explain the trade-offs in plain terms before you commit.
-
03
Documented handover
Rack diagrams, IP schemes, credentials and test results delivered with the project, so you are never dependent on one person's memory.
-
04
Response you can plan around
AMC clients get agreed response windows, scheduled preventive visits and escalation paths that are written down.
How we work
Four steps, no surprises
Every engagement follows the same path, whether it is a ten-desk office or a multi-floor warehouse.
-
1
Site survey
We walk the site, measure runs, check power and existing equipment, and agree what the system has to achieve.
-
2
Design & BOQ
You receive a layout, a bill of quantities and a fixed proposal, with options priced so the choice stays yours.
-
3
Deployment
Scheduled installation with minimal disruption, tested and labelled as we go, then a formal handover pack.
-
4
Support
Ongoing AMC or on-demand cover, with monitoring, preventive maintenance and a clear route to an engineer.

Questions
Straight answers before you call
If your question is not here, the fastest route is a phone call. We would rather understand the site than guess at a price.
Do you charge for the initial site survey?
No. We visit the site, measure the runs, look at the existing equipment and power, then come back with a layout and a bill of quantities. You only commit once you have seen the numbers.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. Cutovers, cabling in occupied offices and server migrations are usually scheduled for evenings or weekends. We agree the window in writing before works start so nobody is surprised.
What does an AMC actually include?
A defined response time, a set number of preventive visits, remote support, monitoring of the links and devices we manage, and an asset register kept up to date. Parts and new hardware are quoted separately so the contract stays transparent.
Will we be locked into specific hardware brands?
No. We specify against your load, budget and growth plans, and we explain the trade-offs. If you already have a preferred platform, we work with it rather than replacing it for the sake of it.
Do you cover sites outside Ajman?
Yes. We are based in Ajman Free Zone and work across the UAE, including multi-site operations that need one consistent standard applied everywhere.
What do we receive at handover?
Rack and port diagrams, the IP scheme, cable test results, device inventory, configuration backups and credentials transferred securely. The system stays yours, not ours.
