In most cases, an engineer can be on site within 24 to 48 hours of your request. Comprehensive BOQs and design proposals are usually delivered within 2 business days following the physical inspection.

Our proposals are fixed-price based on the surveyed scope. We include all consumables, mounting accessories, faceplates, patch leads, and testing in the quote so there are no unexpected extra line items.

Hardware under active vendor manufacturer warranty is RMA'd and replaced by us on your behalf. For out-of-warranty equipment, we quote transparent component costs without inflating labor.
